Although winters are known for celebrations and holidays at the same time, it is the season that welcomes cold and flu. The changing season makes it tougher for the human body to adjust and therefore many people fall sick during the winter. We must be careful while staying indoors as well as outdoors as viruses and infections spread faster during this season. The best way to stay immune and protected from winter diseases is to maintain hygiene and wash hands to avoid germs.
